I understand there
is a fee of $79.95 in U.S. dollars ($63.96 for students
who enrolled in a previous online course with Margaret
Lewis) to participate in the course. The Online
Course Fee is non-refundable once the downloadable
course workbook is sent to me via email. Margaret
Lewis and Wisdomwalks.com are not responsible for,
and I release them from liability for any loss or
other mishap that might occur, whether or not as
a result of negligence, in connection with this
Online Course. I am fully responsible for
my own experience. I understand that this
is an ONLINE COURSE and that I must have access
to a computer in order to download the Course workbook.
The audio cd set of the course materials will be
sent to me via postal mail.
By submitting this form you confirm that you have
read, understand and agree to this Release Statement
and have answered all questions on this form truthfully.
